Our Story
Established in 2017
We began our mission in 2017, as the NDIS first rolled out across Melbourne. From the start, we focused on inclusive, community-based support for people with disability, with particular care for those in the mental health sector. We started by delivering direct support services, eventually assisting up to 200 participants with everything from community access to daily living.
Over time we saw a real gap in housing. Many people were at risk of homelessness or stuck in hospital because there were not enough suitable, affordable homes. That is why we shifted to focus on Supported Independent Living (SIL), a shared model that lowers costs, protects independence, and keeps people connected to their community.
What makes us different
Thoughtfully Matched Homes & Communities
We recruit high-quality staff and carefully match housemates who share similar lifestyles and interests, so each home feels like a genuine community.
Collaborative, Participant-Centred Care
We do not try to be a one-stop shop. We work with developers, allied health, and other providers, and if we are not the right fit we help people find a provider who is.
